How It Works​

EFT is based on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and modern psychology. As you tap on energy points along the body’s meridians, you send calming signals to the brain — especially the amygdala — which helps reduce stress and reframe emotional patterns.

What to Expect - In-Person EFT Circle
(Women Only | Max 5 Participants)

The EFT Circle is a supportive, small-group experience designed for women who want to release stress, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with their bodies.
​
Each 50-minute session includes guided tapping sequences, gentle reflection, and mindfulness practices to help shift emotional tension and create a sense of ease. You’ll be invited to move at your own pace and share only if you feel comfortable.
No prior EFT experience is needed — just curiosity, compassion, and a willingness to explore what’s ready to shift.

What to Expect — Online Group EFT (Pay-What-You-Can)
​
Online group sessions offer a welcoming space to tap together from the comfort of your own home. Each session includes gentle guidance, education about EFT, and collective tapping focused on themes like stress, overwhelm, or emotional release. These 45 minute sessions are designed to help you feel more grounded, supported, and at ease — with optional opportunities for reflection or sharing. No experience is required; all are welcome.
What to Expect — 1:1 EFT Session (Online)

Each EFT session is tailored to you. We’ll begin with a conversation to understand what you’d like to focus on — whether that’s stress, a specific challenge, or an emotional pattern that feels heavy. Together, we’ll tap through specific points while using gentle words to bring awareness and release.
Many people describe the experience as calming, clarifying, and empowering. You’ll also learn how to use EFT on your own, so you can carry this tool into daily life whenever you need it. Sessions are held online via Zoom (and occasionally in person as part of holistic workshops).
